Course Description:
Work Studies will assist students to recognise the links between education, training, work and lifestyle as well as the economic and social factors that affect work opportunities.
It will develop student skills in accessing work –related information, presenting themselves to potential employees and functioning effectively in the work place.
What will I be doing in this course?
The Year 11 course consists of three modules while the Year 12 courses consists of four modules. This is what will be studied.

This course has been designed to assist students to become workforce ready. The range of skills embedded in the course can provide an advantage when applying for a job. The course also assists with the interpersonal and problem solving skills necessary for a successful workplace career.
