Technological and applied studies (TAS):
The Technological and applied studies faculty (TAS) provides students with a range of courses which have a firm base in the contemporary approach to the practical application of "Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics" or STEM.
The rate of development in technology across our society gives a focus to the need for people to have knowledge in these emerging technologies. This must be combined with advanced skills in problem solving, innovative thinking and communication.
The courses available through the TAS faculty aim to prepare students for life beyond school, for Technical and Further education, and for University, with a STEM focus.

- Engineering Studies: an introduction to all fields of Engineering; for students seeking an ATAR.
- Industrial Technology - Multimedia: a Computer based design course; for students seeking an ATAR.
- Industrial Technology - Timber and Furniture Technologies: a furniture design course; for students seeking an ATAR.
- Industrial Technology - Graphics Technologies: a CAD drawing course; for students seeking an ATAR.
- Design and Technology : an Industrial Design course: for students seeking an ATAR.
- Construction: VET trade based course; students may qualify for an ATAR.
- Metal and Engineering: VET trade based course; students may qualify for an ATAR.
- Information and Digital Technology: VET trade based course; students qualify for an ATAR.
- Information Processes and Technology (IPT): a Computer Technology course; for students seeking an ATAR.
